2. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You are not prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, regulation, or court order. You are not currently self-excluded from gambling services on mpv189 or any other platform.

3.4 Single Account Rule

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on mpv189. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual, household, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited. mpv189 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and void any associated bets, winnings, and bonuses.

3.5 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using mpv189:

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and payment details. All information must match official identification documents (KTP or Indonesian National Identity Card).

mpv189 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a copy of your KTP, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and/or payment method verification (bank account screenshot, e-wallet transaction history).

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify mpv189 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

mpv189 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. All activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility until you notify us of a security breach.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must keep your Account information up to date. If your email address, phone number, residential address, or payment details change, you must update them in your Account settings immediately. mpv189 is not responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals due to outdated Account information.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance procedures, mpv189 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter. Required documents typically include:

• Clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP (National Identity Card)
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face
• Proof of residential address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot showing your name)

Verification typically takes 24-48 hours during business days. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

mpv189 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata), and E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from joint accounts must have your name listed as an account holder.

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your VIP tier and are displayed in your Account settings. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours during Indonesian banking hours (WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience delays.

First-time withdrawals require Account verification (KYC) and may take 24-48 hours to process while your documents are reviewed. Subsequent withdrawals are processed faster.

Withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with bonus wagering requirements, anti-fraud checks, and anti-money laundering regulations. mpv189 reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification before processing a withdrawal.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, you must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without any betting activity may be subject to administrative fees and additional verification.

5.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on mpv189 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit from a payment source in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply their conversion rate. mpv189 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms Overview

mpv189 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion has specific terms and conditions including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum bet limits.

6.5 Bonus Expiration

All bonuses have a validity period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your Account. 7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on mpv189 are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. mpv189 is not liable for user errors in bet placement.

In the event of obvious errors (incorrect odds, incorrectly settled bets, technical glitches), mpv189 reserves the right to void bets or correct settlements. Affected Players will be notified and any funds adjusted accordingly.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules governing bet settlement, postponed matches, abandoned matches, and disputed results. These rules are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section accessible from your Account. Key points include:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis)
• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid; if postponed beyond 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes refunded
• Live in-play bets are settled based on the score at the time of bet placement, not the final result
• Asian handicap and voor bola bets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules

7.3 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game (slots, live casino, table games) has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Game rules are accessible within each game's information panel. In the event of a dispute, the game provider's official rules take precedence.

7.5 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay (loss of internet connection, server downtime, software crash), any active game rounds will continue and be settled according to the game's rules. When you reconnect, the result will be reflected in your Account balance.

For live casino games, if you disconnect during a round, any bets already placed will stand and be settled based on the round outcome. For slots and RNG games, the game round will complete automatically and the result will be credited to your Account.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.3 Money Laundering

• Depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in genuine gaming activity
• Structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid reporting thresholds

8.4 Abusive Behavior

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mpv189 staff or other Players
• Using offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language in chat or communications
• Spamming, advertising, or promoting third-party services

mpv189 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited activity, freeze Accounts pending investigation, confiscate funds obtained through prohibited means, and report criminal activity to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

mpv189 strives to provide uninterrupted service 24/7, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or other reasons without prior notice.

mpv189 is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from Platform downtime, server failures, technical errors, or third-party service disruptions (payment processors, game providers, internet service providers).

9.2 No Warranty

mpv189's Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mpv189 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, bonuses, or Account balance due to technical errors or software malfunctions
• Errors in bet placement, settlement, or payout calculations
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to secure login credentials
• Losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform
• Any gambling-related losses or financial hardship resulting from use of our Services

In any event, mpv189's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time of the claim.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mpv189, its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

• Any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity conducted through your Account

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by mpv189

mpv189 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict your Account at any time for the following reasons:

• Suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Pending investigation of fraudulent or prohibited activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Unusual betting patterns or gameplay suggesting bonus abuse or collusion
• Legal or regulatory requirements

During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, access certain Platform features, or request withdrawals. mpv189 will notify you of the suspension reason and expected resolution timeframe.

10.2 Termination by mpv189

mpv189 may permanently terminate your Account and prohibit future use of the Platform if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws

• You fail to provide required identity verification documents
• You create multiple Accounts or engage in bonus abuse
• Your Account remains inactive (no login or activity) for 24 consecutive months

Upon termination, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms. If termination is not due to a breach, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

10.3 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure
